Wembley 151 is a commercial office building located at 151 Herdsman Parade in the suburb of Wembley. The prestigious building is home to a variety of tenants from medical professionals to politicians.
Project Design Brief
Designers wanted to ensure the finished levels around the ground floor of the building were well drained and compliant with legislative requirements for pedestrian safety. The drainage system also needed to cater for multiple outlet connections to an extensive pipework system in the basement carpark.

- Based on the site-specific catchment hydraulics, ACO’s Technical Services Department provided designers with hydraulic data to confirm the grates could capture the runoff without bypass
